South Living Room

The south living room had been painted and needs to be painted again. This is part of the suite that I rent at the B&B and has blue painted trim with antique white walls. I want to paint the trim soft white as I have in all the rest of the house.
The fireplace is a small coal fireplace. We don't want fires built in it so I found a small coal basket that has an electric heater and light in it. It is very pretty.
The floors were not refinished as they were in pretty good shape for their age.
We have an area rug with 2 love seats and 2 wing back chairs for seating.

There is a large wall space and in that space, I have hung an antique quilt. It was pieced by either my grandmother or great grandmother. The quilt department at UNL appraised it and said it was created between 1890 and 1910. My grandmother died in 1906 so if she made it, it was before that. I had it quilted about 1973 by a lady in Barnston, NE in SE Nebraska. She was 75 at the time and did this in the winter while watching TV.
