Floor Refinishing

Apartment #4, the upstairs of 549 N 25th had the floors refinished after we bought the house. The floors were very scratched up and finish was missing in a number of places.
After the last tenants left the house, I put another coat of polyurethane over the bedroom floor. I need to do that for all the other rooms too.
In May 2005 I had floors on first floor refinished.
The dining room floor had been fixed where the wall was removed.
All carpet had been removed from rooms and from the entry hall, stairs and 2nd floor hall.
My 3 grandchildren helped me pull all the carpet from the halls and stairs. They pulled staples and carried out the carpet pieces. Then I had Carl Brommeir floor refinishing refinish the floors in the dining room, the north 1st floor sunroom, the entry hallway and the 2nd floor hallway. The north living room was in such bad shape, that I decided to carpet it instead of refinishing the floor.
They did a beautiful job and the floors look great. There are some really dark stains in a few places, but what do you expect after being a rental for 110 years.
