Breakfast at Hawley Bed & Breakfast

Breakfasts vary depending on how long someone is staying at the B&B.
I always ask people if they have any dietary restrictions and try to cook what people would like.
One of the menu's I like to make is juice, fruit parfait, fresh baked homemade english muffin bread, baked crustless quiche, coffee or tea. Some of the other things I like to make are a variety of coffee cakes, muffins, variety of omelettes, fruit parfait.
I usually get up between 6 & 6:30AM and make coffee. Then depending on what time people want to eat, I start the bread and quiche 1 hour prior to eating. About 15 minutes preparation, 30-45 minutes to bake, then serve. While things are baking, I prepare the juice and parfait or fruit, set the table.
After my guests have finished, I remove the plates and if they want to talk, I grab a cup of coffee and have coffee with them.
