Tico's restaurant

Easter Sunday and we weren't planning on doing anything special, so I fixed a special breakfast and a trial egg dish that I might want to use in the Hawley Bed & Breakfast. Then I went to work taking the plaster and lath off the wall where we are putting a shower into the B&B. John cut some osb to put on the floor joist so we can walk in the bathroom. We worked until 2PM and then went to Tico's for lunch. http://www.ticosoflincoln.com/Home.html I had the Tiaco and John had the Ticorito. It was very good. I had the rice and beans with mine. But John's didn't come with anything, so I gave him my rice. They brought out the chips and salsa. The chips had alot of spice on them this time. Since they are homemade, they vary alot.
Then we went to Menards to get copper fittings and tarps. John is going to cut the plumbing below the floor and put caps on the water lines as they will come thru the new floor easier and they might move a few inches. The claw foot tub is going to go back in the same spot, but I want to bring it into the room a couple of inches instead of against the wall. We took out a vanity and a pedistal sink will be going back in. The stool will go back in the same space, but the floor won't be concrete and the plumber will replace that part. We stopped and bought groceries on the way home. As soon as we got home, we had a call from someone that had a couch and loveseat that we looked at on Saturday. So we made arrangements to go out and pick up the couch and loveseat. We picked it up and then unloaded it in the B&B. Moved the 2 loveseats out of the living room and into the library. Put the new couch and loveseat into the living room. Changed the arrangement some. Will get new pictures taken and posted on the web site soon. It is very victorian and traditional looking and looks great in the room.
